What are the top destinations where your customers travel most often?
We most often arrange transfers from Bratislava and its surroundings to Bratislava, Vienna (Schwechat Airport), Budapest, Brno and Prague airports.

Which payment methods can our customers use?
Payments for our services can be made online via our website or by direct bank transfer. Cash payments are only accepted on selected routes.
What can be included in my luggage when travelling with Bratislava Transfer?
Our Bratislava Transfer vehicles can accommodate luggage equivalent to a standard size suitcase, which usually means that you can take two large suitcases and two smaller carry-on bags. If you are planning to travel with oversized or special luggage, we recommend that you enquire in advance about the transport options and the exact dimensions we can accept.
Where exactly will the driver find me and what time should I be ready?
Our driver will arrive at the pick-up address as close as possible, respecting all traffic rules and regulations, usually 10 minutes before the agreed departure time. Customers will be given the contact details of their chauffeur between 1 and 24 hours before the scheduled departure time. This communication will also include details of the vehicle, including model, colour and registration number, allowing you to easily identify the driver and contact them if necessary.

During transfer

Is it possible to arrange a short rest or refreshment break during transport?
For each longer journey, one stop at a motorway service station is included as standard, where you have the opportunity to buy something or use the toilets. If you need another stop, please do not hesitate to tell the driver. In case of nausea or an acute need to stop, it is important to inform the driver immediately.
Is it possible to change the final destination during the journey?
Please check directly with the driver if your destination can be changed. He will provide you with an updated quote for the new location.
Is it allowed to consume food in the vehicle during the transfer?
In order to keep our BratislavaTransfer vehicles clean and to ensure the comfort of all passengers, the consumption of food is forbidden. If you need to eat, we will be happy to stop for you at the nearest gas station or rest stop. However, the consumption of beverages is permitted. Thank you in advance for your understanding and compliance with our rules.
